“I have been here every time something pivotal has happened in my life and the experience has never disappointed. The employees always remember me and are so understanding and kind. There is a service button to press at your table to get the wait staff’s attention, the ventilation is good, lighting is good and they even offer to close blinds if it is especially hot or bright. There is a television in case you want to watch K-Pop music videos or the World Cup. I take the bus here usually and the pedestrian walkway is always under construction so you may have to make your way around Navigation Street and Lower Severn to get here but it’s worth it. For those who don’t normally eat Korean bbq, the uncooked meat they give tends to be unseasoned unless you order a specific marinated meat. It’s heavily reliant on the natural juices and the dips they provide you or you can ask for to help provide the flavour once cooked. The meat is always fresh, the people are always nice and there are never packed crowds but a good couple of groups now and again. It shares the space with a Japanese/Korean fusion restaurant called Hoshiya so they give both the Korean bbq menu as well as the sushi menu. I’ve only ever used and ordered from the Seoul Kitchen menu. I was expecting wings for the salt and pepper Korean Fried chicken, but they were boneless and the flavours tasted a little more of Chinese than Korean but it was still fine. The best for me are the pa muchim (Korean green onion salad), the chadol bagi (thinly sliced Korean brisket), and the samgyupsal (pork belly). Good amount of fat and lean ratio of the brisket and pork belly. The meat is always fresh and the brisket is a good amount of thickness. It’s also hard to find authentic pork dishes in Birmingham because of a number of the local demographic population who don’t eat it. So I’m so happy to find one so close to me.”

“We walked in with the kids and placed our order, and soon our table began filling up with beautifully prepared dishes. Not only did the meats and cold noodles look incredible, but the restaurant also served four complimentary side dishes all fresh, flavorful, and the perfect start to our meal. The staff set everything up with such care that it felt like a personalized feast. Grilling the meat together was fun and delicious, and the overall atmosphere was warm and family friendly. We left completely satisfied happy kids, full bellies, and an experience that felt truly special. One of the best Korean BBQ spots we’ve visited!”
