  “Disappointed with the cut, asked for a tidy up, weight to be taken off the back and sides, to maintain length and just thin out the hair on those areas. Barber proceeded to take too much off without any technique. Essentially ended up looking like a short back and sides blade 4.”

  “I'm a regular here, the haircuts are top notch. I believe some of the hairdressers could do with a little more professionalism. I went there yesterday and was told to rest my head back, the hairdresser began to shave part of my hair then proceeded to walk away without informing me if he would be returning, i was staring at the ceiling for a good minute before he returned, this left me confused and in discomfort. I believe a little communication (i.e can you wait one moment i'll brb) would have gone a long way to have avoided the conflict that proceeded, the dresser was a little discourteous when i questioned him too, asking me to go a different hairdresser if i was unhappy? Really poor service, as I'm usually greeted and treated in a more professional manner.”
