  “We had such a lovely experience at Hickory's Smokehouse Castle Bromwich! The food was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff couldn't have been more friendly and attentive. It was my dad's first time visiting, and he absolutely loved it. He was so impressed with both the food and the fantastic service, and we all left with full stomachs and big smiles. Thank you to the whole team for making his first visit such a memorable one. We'll definitely be back!”

  “First visit to Hickory's and I was very impressed. Its a really lovely place to eat with friendly service and lovely food. Lots of variety for the main course and the deserts were great especially the smores dessert, which was amazing with our own little fire pot to toast the marshmallows. The milkshakes were like a dessert in itself. Overall great place to visit, with a service that was outstanding from all the staff. Nothing was to much trouble and we will definitely be visiting again.”

  “We went to the doggy brunch as our first visit to Hickory's. It did not disappoint! We had to prebook this popular event. As soon as we arrived we were seated in a special dog friendly outdoor area (heated) and given a goody bag for each of our two dogs. It had chews, dried fish and a tennis ball to play with, free of charge. The service was friendly and cheerful, the menu was as you would expect, bbq dishes, steaks, chicken, ect, all well presented and tasted great! We will definitely be back 😊”

  “Jack our server was making. Really friendly and welcoming! Honestly he could teach so many people a thing or 2 about customer service. He couldn’t do enough for us and welcomed me, my wife, daughter and grandfathers in law. The table was accessible for a pram and someone with mobility issues. Cannot complain about the food at all. It was all lovely! Would love Hickory's on the Isle of Wight!”

  “Really fun place to eat. The food was great tasting and I won’t be able to eat meat for a while to allow such a meat fest to go down. Plenty of parking, though we walked there. Good cocktails and So much meat. Staff were friendly and enthusiastic. Chios were great. And did i mention the meat? There was a lot and it was all covered in sauce. Delicious.”

  “Interesting place, very well decorated, service is wonderful, and the vibe in there is perfect for the American BBQ theme they were going for. My only gripe would be the price versus the quality. The meat was a bit dry, not very hot. Taste was there, but unfortunately not up to the standards of £30. I'd try again to give it a fair shake.”

  “It was my first time ever at hickorys and we were celebrating my 40th birthday. From start to finish we had a lovley time. Staff made my day extra specail singing happy birthday and gave me a doughnut with a candle. The service was brillaint nothing was to much trouble for any of the staff. We will be going back in the near future.”

  “We came down to this venue after a recommendation. Bailey at the front counter was amazing. Welcoming and inviting, her bubbly personality shone right through. After seating us, she found out that we had traveled a distance to try the food. She went to the back, and a few minutes later, invited us to see the smokers with the pit master. What an amazing experience. The restaurant itself has undergone a major renovation, as we were told. It looks great, and the staff were so welcoming. Now on to the food. Wow, oh wow. If you want a little of everything, get the platter. The smokehouse platter is the one. £70 is so worth the amount of food you get, and the quality is unmatched. All the meats are so succulent and tender. The meats melt in your mouth, and your taste buds go through a whirlwind of taste. You will not be disappointed.”
