  “Ordered a medium rare steak. When it arrived on the table, it was much closer to well done than medium rare so sent it back. When it arrived for the second time, it was undercooked, closer to rare. My server and their manager were sympathetic which was appreciated. Would not eat here again”

  “We spent £75 here and most of it went in the bin. Our assigned waiter completely checked out and abandoned our table. Because he went missing, our meals sat burning and drying out under the kitchen heat lamps. When courtesy staff finally brought it out, the nachos and fries were black and burnt, and the kids' mac & cheese was pure rubber. We weren't even given cutlery, so the food went stone-cold while we hunted for the missing waiter. He then went on break without even serving the kids' desserts.To top it off, they ripped us off on the bill: they charged us £12.00 for two sides of baked beans (£6.00 each!) and ignored the £3.00 kids' meal deal. This ruined our holiday plans. My wife refuses to eat on-site now, so we have to drive to Tesco to buy groceries. Total shambles. Avoid.”

  “had a full pre booking here during our stay, we were in two minds to cancel. as we ate too much dinnertime thanks to Pancake house ...anyway two of us kept booking and after much deliberation opted for signature chicken burger one of each southern fried and grilled. both very nice. my only comments are the wedge salad is interesting, third of iceberg lettuce as a wedge (fine so far), some bacon and dressing...whilst tasty i might not have been a red meat enter and its not really my definition of a 'salad'. menu needs to state wedge salad comes with bacon. coleslaw was a bit onion heavy. but overall meal was well cooked, quick and good temperature. jcroft Waiter was very good, when were undecided what to choice and didn't 4ush us for our order.”

  ““Fall off the bone ribs” were anything but that. Ironically named, they were tough, doused in sauce and tasted frozen. Slaw was just cabbage and mayo, no accompanying flavours. Seasoning on chips was very salty. New York strip itself was nice, again chips salty and the “beef dripping” gravy tasted like bisto. Not worth £75.”

  “Daisy was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and her positive attitude really made our experience enjoyable. Thank you for your excellent service — it’s staff like Daisy who make people want to come back.”

  “Great experience here today when we came as a family. Tia our waitress was polite and efficient.. we ordered and i put on a timer to give others an idea of wait times. I was pleasantly surprised with a 20 min wait for all our starters and mains to come out at the same time. Our drinks were also delivered rapidly as were our ice cream bowls. The food was pretty good across the board. Many thanks to staff here for a good experience.”
