“Normally good food, thought i would try something different and went for the tenders. Asked for mild, what i got can not be described as mild in any way and the tenders themselves were all shrivelled up and just looked like off cuts. Was very disappointed.”

“Once more, I had a very bad experience with Frankies Burgers. 🤢 The food was terrible and unappealing. Additionally, the service lacked attention to detail. I ordered butterfly chicken rice with hot sauce and peri fries for takeout, but I got both items wrong. They served me with extra hot butterfly chicken and regular fries instead. 👎 They made me feel depressed, and I'm really disappointed.”

“The food here is amazing, very fair portions too (when you eat inside). This is why I only rate 3 stars unfortunately, food is great and everything else but the portions when ordered online through uber eats are maybe half of what they are in store and almost double the price. I just ordered steak with cheese on fries, food tasted amazing (although I wish I could have chosen on uber eats how my steak was cooked, abit well done for me). I Paid £21, and it felt like a light snack. This should be sorted out because in-store prices are fair and portions are great, however delivery just doesn’t match it.”

“Buffalo wings here are top tier! Love the peri peri chicken too. Just tried the new iced coffee – super refreshing! Service is always spot on. 29.05.26 Went this evening tried the steak and chips with the chimichurri and peppercorn sauce. Cooked to perfectiin, super juicy and tasty. Staff are always very helpful and a very comfortable dine in experience. Thank you”
