Customer Review Summary

Steak is what diners mention most, with the flat iron steak and other steaks described as cooked perfectly and full of flavour. Close behind are the Korean Burger, a fishfinger burger, and the American Pancakes and Garden Brunch, praised for generous portions and delicious bacon. One reviewer called the Coconut and Lime Pannacotta the highlight of a meal, and another named the bulgur wheat and apple salad a new favourite. Cocktails get a nod too, including a disaronno sour that was made even though it was not on the menu. Reviewers describe the atmosphere as relaxed and chilled, and several praise friendly, attentive servers, along with care for coeliac and other dietary needs. Families mention the Kids Breakfast and Cosy Burger going down well. The complaints are mild: one visit at Christmas was somewhat slow and unexciting, the room can get loud, one reviewer would cut the beans smaller in the salad, and another wants loyalty offers. Several guests dining alone or on work trips say the staff gave attention without crowding them.

“Great place to grab some dinner, varied menu and cocktails are good too. Asked for a disaronno sour which wasn’t on the menu which they still made for me. Service was really good, very attentive and food was tasty.”

“I recently dined here and it was a great meal at a decent price. The 6oz Flat Iron Steak was spot on —perfectly cooked and presented. I also tried the Coconut & Lime Pannacotta, which turned out to be the highlight of my meal, even though I usually wouldn’t pick it. The service was top-notch, making me feel really welcome. I dined by myself and i just wanted someone attentive enough but not bothering me (shout out to Harrison)! Overall, fantastic food, service, and atmosphere.”

“Had another great visit to Cosy Club and it definitely didn’t disappoint! The bulgur wheat and apple salad was fresh, flavourful, and has officially become my new favourite. My only tiny suggestion would be to cut the beans a little smaller, but that certainly didn’t take away from how much I enjoyed it. The Korean Burger was absolutely amazing – packed with flavour and cooked perfectly. The kids were just as happy with their meals, especially the Kids Breakfast and the Cosy Burger, which were both big hits with them. The food, atmosphere, and service make this one of our favourite family spots in Basingstoke. We’ll definitely be back to try more from the menu!”

“I had a great lunch experience in this place. I’m in Basingstoke this week to do my work training and i had limited time and allowance. A lovely team member called Camela helped me choose the best for the value. Great atmosphere, lovely team and taste food. The place itself is very relaxing. Highly recommended.”
