  “We had a superb diner here in late July 2026. The food was excellent, with developed complex spice flavours and subtle heat. The service was friendly, attentive and relaxed. We would highly recommend The Raj Kinara, and if you are in Cardiff then it's worth the visit. Ignore the fact that it is located on fixed caravan park by the sea, its all about the food here.”

  “We ordered a lamb dish...the meat was rubbery, unchewable and virtually uncooked for a curried meat dish...very disappointing...the management did apologise and replaced it with another portion of a similar chicken dish. But for someone who knows more than enough about authentic Indian food, my overall impression is that this restaurant, apparently 21 years old is stuck in the old fashioned way of serving takeaway style curries, fast and mass produced by pouring a spiced gravy over some cooked meat to serve the customer quickly, compromising taste and quality of the food....it works for Raj Kinara because they have an enviable position on site of this beautiful holiday park, with a guaranteed clientele, but it is NOT for the discerning lover of Bangladeshi or Indian food!! Giving an array of dishes in the menu some fancy names, isn't going to enhance their taste!!!”

  “I'm not a fan of Indian cuisine, but my husband is and was told by friends that this was one of the best, and to be honest, it was . You need to book well in advance for a table and the takeaways going out were non stop .It's actually sited on fogarty Caravan Park .It's decorated lovely with views across the bay if by the widow. Service was good, although you could only get wine by the bottle and not the glass, which was a little disappointing 😕. However, the food coming out looked hot and fantastic. There was no rushing you to eat and go . The tikka masala was lovey, as was the butter chicken and mixed grill that others had . Was a great experience , good food, and at a reasonable price too .Will be back with friends again soon .”
