  “We had an absolutely fantastic meal at Tuk Tuk in Bangor and can't recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, providing excellent service throughout the evening. The food was outstanding. The Vietnamese Crispy Chicken was perfectly cooked with a wonderful crispy coating and incredible flavour. The Thai Chilli Basil Chicken was fresh, aromatic, and had just the right balance of spice, while the Thai Crispy Duck was tender, crispy, and packed with rich, delicious flavours. Every dish was beautifully presented and cooked to perfection. The restaurant has a lovely, relaxed atmosphere that makes it ideal for both a casual meal and a special occasion. Being a BYO restaurant is another huge bonus, making the overall experience exceptional value for money without compromising on quality. Excellent food, fantastic service, great ambiance, and unbeatable value. We'll definitely be back and would highly recommend Tuk Tuk to anyone looking for authentic, flavour-packed Asian cuisine in Bangor.”

  “This restaurant merits a five-star rating. The cuisine was exceptional, prepared with fresh ingredients. Our waiter provided a comprehensive overview and detailed explanation of the menu to our party of four. Our orders were delivered precisely as requested, and the detailed explanation from our waiter ensured a clear understanding of our selections. It is uncommon for culinary experiences to exceed expectations, and all four of us were thoroughly satisfied with the quality and flavor of our chosen dishes. We anticipate a return visit.”

  “The food was incredible - really authentic and delicious with so many amazing options on the menu. Lovely atmosphere and the service was excellent. Dined with two small children and they were really accommodating. We loved that there was an option to have kids portions of any of the adult mains and they were so excited to see how their food was presented. We'll definitely be back.”

  “Amazing and delicious food, the staff were lovely and the service was great. We made sure to book a table before arriving and the menu had such a range of options as I have a dietary requirement so I found it easy to navigate the menu and find something I’d enjoy.”

  “Lovely friendly staff, couldn't help us anymore. The food is nice but a little overpriced for what it was. The chicken satay skewers were dry but the sauce was nice. The other food was nice with the nasi goreng special being my preferred meal. But most annoyingly was their 5quid deposit for each person in the booking, and unfortunately we had a family emergency and one of guests could not attend. We requested if we could transfer the deposit to a takeaway order, but we were only offered 50% to be transferred to the takeaway. I understand it is in the term and conditions, but the restaurant was empty at 5pm so they would not have lost any business. Disappointing they couldn't transfer the whole amount considering the situation. So lost another star for me. Overall the staff were nice, and I would try it again. But I would not risk booking, and try to walk in to avoid the risk of losing a deposit.”

  “Had a lovely lunch here after walking along the coast from Helen's Bay. The food was delicious and well presented. It's bring your own wine which is always a bonus. Would love to go back.”

  “Very nice restaurant , lovely staff . Good atmosphere and nice food . If you want to drink wine or something you can bring your own and pay for the corkage . Nice decor. One toilet. All on the same level. Manu with a lot of options. We were there in the middle of the week and it was busy in the evening so better book a table or go early.”
