Customer Review Summary
Reviewers split sharply on Kebab Zone. Those who praise it point to fresh, good-quality food, friendly staff and good value, with one mentioning the new owners and another the Apache pizza and reasonable pricing. The doner meat draws the most complaints. One reviewer calls it greasy and another says it is like chewing gum, though a third finds the meat surprisingly good. Sauce is the next recurring problem, described as watery and flavourless, and one person ordering three mixed kebabs got sauce on only one. Others mention dry, stale chips and a plain salad of lettuce and onion. Service gets criticism too: waits of double the quoted time and, in one account, an hour for a kebab or pizza on a Saturday night. One reviewer says customers were not offered change and had to ask for it. Another reports black, burger-tasting fried onions and says the food made them feel sick, fearing food poisoning. One diner arrived off a flight to find it closed despite a listed 1am closing time.

“The prices are decent and the portion sizes are generous, but there’s a lot of room for improvement. The sauce was disappointing—honestly, you'd be better off grabbing a £1 bottle from the nearby Iceland before you arrive. Chips: A bit dry and stale—definitely not fresh. Salad: Nothing special, just your standard limp salad. Meat: Surprisingly, the meat was pretty good, which makes the rest of the experience more frustrating. Consistency: I ordered 3 mixed kebabs—only one came with sauce. The other two were dry. If sauce isn't standard, that should be clear upfront. Service time: The wait was double what I was told.”
