“An Absolute Culinary Disaster: Overpriced, Raw, and Unhygienic. If I could give this restaurant zero stars, I would. What was supposed to be a nice family dinner turned into an unpalatable, overpriced nightmare after waiting nearly an hour despite being the only customers in the entire establishment. We ordered seven biryanis and four shami kebabs, and virtually none of it was edible: Shami Kebabs: They didn't resemble kebabs in the slightest. They arrived slathered in a layer of uncooked, wet raw egg, yet somehow managed to taste completely burnt underneath. They lacked any traditional kebab flavor profile whatsoever. Biryani: A total insult to the dish. The base tasted like previously frozen boiled rice hastily tossed with a heavy-handed mix of harsh spices. It was aggressively "spammed" with raw, whole chilies that dominated every single bite with unrefined, searing heat rather than actual depth or flavor. Hygiene Issues: The tipping point was the food safety. We first spotted a stray black hair sitting in the yogurt raita. Trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, I brushed it off, only to find another hair baked right into the biryani mid-bite. Nothing tasted fresh, everything felt slapped together from old prep, and the final bill was outrageously high for what was served. We couldn't finish a single portion and left hungry, frustrated, and thoroughly disgusted. Save your time, your money, and your stomach avoid this place at all costs.”

“I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The biryani was nothing like a real biryani. It tasted more like boiled rice that had been stir-fried with raw spices. The rice grains were short, broken, and all stuck together, almost like porridge, instead of being long, fluffy, and separate. The spices were bland and didn't have the rich aroma or flavor you would expect from a good biryani. The food was way too expensive compared to very small portions sizes and the shami kebab I ordered did not taste or looked like shami kebab more like bunt leftovers. The customer service was equally disappointing. We were made to wait for nearly an hour in extreme heat, and despite asking twice how much longer it would take, no one gave us a clear update or even informed us about the delay. A little communication and consideration would have made a big difference.”

“Mrs Ali is the best host! Honestly the best place in the world, would stab myself in the eye before I let anyone say otherwise. You better come here or I will find you and drag you here myself. Pls come.”

“Unassuming and honest good food. Value for money and very enjoyable. Sat in and ate. Super friendly staff, great service and the vibe is relaxed. None of this over the top in your face atmosphere you get in other places. Would recommend. Will be back again soon 😁”

“A Thursday night in Andover is far from electrifying . Perhaps 2 starts is harsh, but otherwise this place cooks delicious food. Thank you.”
