Customer Review Summary
Breakfast is the draw at this bikers-style cafe, with reviewers singling out the English breakfast, a bacon sandwich with a hash brown on soft white bread wrapped to take away, and breakfast wraps for the kids. Close behind is a double burger with cheese and bacon. Several mention good-sized portions at a reasonable price, quick service, and friendly staff, and one says it suits a stop near the station while waiting for a bus or train. A few describe a traditional British cafe feel, with local photos on the walls and a busy crowd. The one complaint is from a reviewer who walked in shortly before the listed weekday closing time, was told curtly that the cafe was closed, and left without the coffee and sandwich they came for. Another reviewer calls the breakfast their first stop whenever they visit their grandchildren.

“Opening hours state they're closed at 3PM on weekdays. However, when I went in at 2:28 when the door was open, I was told rudely with an outburst by a woman in her late 40s "We're closed!" Even if she was having a bad day, I only went in to get a coffee and a sandwich. Manners and hospitality cost nothing.”
