“Absolutely terrible experience at Eastern Promise. I ordered rotis and was told the wait would be 25 minutes. I arrived after 20 minutes, only to be told I needed to wait another 25 minutes. When I questioned it politely, the staff member became extremely rude and refused to complete the order. This is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional behaviour. The staff clearly lack basic training and respect for customers. Avoid this place if you value your time and decent service.”
