“Ordered takeaways and eaten in heaps of times and it's always a great curry. Very tasty and good portions of chicken/lamb. Whenever I eat in the staff give great service, and create a pleasant experience. However, one point against is that a couple of times we've felt rushed out, like they want the table back as soon as you finish the last bite, to get the next one in. Not the best feeling, as staying 10 mins after eating the meal to finish conversations is natural. So I would highly recommend the food, and the service, but I hope they chill a little with taking plates as soon as you finish them and clearing the whole table.”

“If you suffer from IBS and need to avoid overt quantities of onion in your dishes purposefully added to bulk out the appearance of meagre meat portion sizes, you might wish to think twice about coming here to dine. Clearly, the restaraunter is more interested in trying to secure massive profits rather than serve authentic nutritious food. With my own family roots from the indian subcontinent I also know how to cook many indian dishes, so the versions here were quite a letdown. An experience not to be repeated”

“One of the most delicious Indian meals I’ve ever had! We all shared, so tried 4 different dishes and each one was unique and so flavoursome. The staff were wonderful and couldn’t have been friendlier or more attentive. I loved the touch of bringing our hot towels and orange slices after the main and it was our friends birthday and they made sure to spoil her! An excellent family business!”

“Not the greatest Indian food I’ve ever had. Nice place and staff immaculately dressed, but very rushed service. In and out in no time as they try to turn tables as fast as possible. Food was mediocre. Onion Bhaji was ok. Chicken Rogan Josh poor. Tasted like a can of chopped tomatoes with Tobasco put in and some bits of chicken. A poor effort and nothing like authentic Rogan Josh. In and out in under an hour. Sadly would not repeat.”

“Our first visit back in many years, having just returned to Aberdeen for a few weeks. The menu is clear and easy to navigate, with all the usual favourites; as ever, we ended up ordering far too much. I tried the Nepali Bhoona for a change; it was a touch dry for my taste, and I’d probably stick with the classic Bhoona next time. That said, the service was good and it made for a very enjoyable evening with friends.”
