Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often point to the sauces and curries. One customer says the sauces beat any Chinese they have tried, and another rates the curries as good as the special fried rice. Close behind are regular orders of Kung Pow Chicken, Beef Chop Suey, Salt N Pepper Chicken and Chicken Satay Skewers, plus big portions, good prices and fast delivery. Several describe ordering for decades. Others are far less happy. One found the chow mein greasy with barely any noodles and the curry sauce odd, and called the chicken noodle soup decent but small. Another describes batter so hard it shattered and dry chicken. A third says a chicken curry and chips order arrived with barbecue sauce and a replacement was refused. One reviewer, who found all of the food inedible, says they intend to report the takeaway to trading standards over hygiene. Still, one reviewer willingly drives past four Chinese takeaways in their own town to order here.

“I would like to say I know my way around a Chinese! Travelled all over Britain and America and have never tastes such quality food and the sauces make all the difference too! The sauces taste better than any Chinese I have ever tasted. I have 4 chineses in my town and I willingly drive 35 minutes to this Chinese to get their food instead!”

“First time here and not sure why I never went before. (Always went to the one next door that’s now closed) Probably one of the best in Aberdeen, fresh tasty and cooked quick. Not the most obvious location and needs a lick of paint, but the staff, service and food was spot on and a good price!”

“Best Chinese in Aberdeen. My Family have been ordering from Treasure Of China for 30 years now (they were at Cummings Park before Cornhill) and the food is always amazing. My regulars are Kung Pow Chicken, Beef Chop Suey or Salt N Pepper Chicken (I also reccomend the Chicken Satay Skewers!) Big portions at a good price, definitely reccomend.”

“Had to wait ages for 2 munchie boxes my kids would not eat it as tasted disgusting not just one item all of it consistently revolting. I tried to let my dogs eat it they wouldn’t go near it either that is how bad this place is. I’ll be reporting them to trading standards and recommending their hygiene of the premises to be checked. The food here is not edible for human consumption. AVOID AT ALL COSTS 🤮”
