  “Leaving another hairdresser's, convinced I'd had a terrible haircut, I went to this salon and honestly explained the situation. The hairdresser who greeted me was very kind and didn't try to take advantage of my predicament. He answered me honestly, explaining that my haircut wasn't a disaster, and I was even prepared to pay him again to have it fixed. I'm grateful to him and feel compelled to comment on his professionalism.”
