  “I went there yesterday, and the haircut was truly awful! I asked for a side-swept fade, but it wasn't done that way. For the "very rough" side-swept fade, I was charged an extra 5 euros on top of the 15 euros, as if he'd given me a "full beard" service in addition to the haircut (I already had a three-day beard that I'd shaved myself, which wasn't touched). 5 euros for badly shaved sideburns is excessive.”

  “The hairdresser was careless with my son's haircut.
