  “I went there once before I graduated and afterwards my roots were brown and the lengths were orange (I wanted to go blonde and had already been bleached). Now, the second time I went, my hair had a greenish tint. After I called to complain, they kept saying they didn't have time, even when my mom called. The highlights are also extremely yellow again now.”

  “I've been to this hair salon twice now and have been disappointed both times. I also called ahead to inquire. They advertise heavily that you can just walk in without an appointment. So I called beforehand – they told me on the phone that I could simply drop by. But when I arrived, they told me they didn't have time because apparently, other customers had suddenly arrived for coloring. They also told me that if I had arrived 10 minutes earlier, it might have worked out – which doesn't make any sense to me if you're supposedly able to walk in without an appointment. If you advertise with such a concept, your scheduling should actually be designed around it. Unfortunately, this was the second time something like this has happened to me. This was my last attempt.”

  “I've been a customer for 14 years, and I really love going to Headfactor Wesel. The salon is practically a comedy show with a haircut, and I mean that in the best possible way. The team has a great sense of humor; good vibes seem to be part of the atmosphere. Manu and Joana, who usually take care of me, always nail my style. Everything about them is perfect: the cut, the color, the vibe—it's a complete feel-good experience. However, there's one person on the team whose sense of humor is somehow...different. While the rest of the salon operates like a feel-good sitcom, this person has more of a supporting role, someone who seems to be constantly appearing in a different show. It's not a big deal, just not my style. And I get the feeling that even within the team, this character rarely gets a laugh. Nevertheless, Headfactor remains one of the friendliest and most talented salons around! Good vibes, great results, and always worth a visit!”
