“Unfortunately, I have to give at least one star! I went there to get my hair cut (my hair is 50 cm long with extensions)! Instead of telling me she couldn't cut my hair, the hairdresser just started cutting wildly, so another colleague had to try and salvage it somehow!! Since she also refused to cut off the entire length, I left the salon in tears. After getting two more opinions, I asked for at least a partial refund for the extensions so I wouldn't be stuck with the entire €400 bill. The owner refused and advised me to get a lawyer. So I did! My hair is now 30 cm long, completely botched, and uneven. Ladies, if you care about your hair and want to be happy with it! Please invest your money in a professional hairdresser!! This place isn't one!
