“I went there on Saturday afternoon to get my hair cut. It was just before closing time, but they let me in. They said it would cost €38 including a wash and blow-dry. However, my hair wasn't washed at all; it was cut while it was still dry! My hair is below the nape of my neck, and we had agreed that only the back would be rounded, which she didn't do. The left side, the right side, and the back were completely asymmetrical. She didn't even dry my hair properly afterward, just gave it a quick once-over with the hairdryer. When I asked her to show me the mirror so I could see the back, she simply told me to leave. When I got home, I saw that the job was completely ruined. Today (Tuesday), I went back and said my hair was damaged and asked her to fix it and even out the ends. I was met with extremely unpleasant behavior. First, she said my hair needed to be washed. While washing it, she rubbed my scalp so hard that it burned. Then they sat me down in the chair. The hairdresser spoke in a very rude tone, claiming her work was correct and that I was seeing things wrong. My hair, which was only supposed to be trimmed a little, was cut so short that it almost reached my ears! The back and front were still uneven and asymmetrical. When I complained that the back was still long and asymmetrical, she simply said, "No, it can't be done any other way." When I said I was unhappy, she suddenly said the boss was on vacation and wouldn't be back for three weeks—I should come back next month so the boss could fix it! Meanwhile, the hairdresser grimaced, breathed heavily, and made me incredibly angry. She threw the hairdryer at me and told me to dry my hair myself! Without a cape, while I was still putting on my jacket, she came standing up to cut some more at the back, which would have covered all my clothes in hair, so I told her to stop. Furthermore, I noticed that they charged me €38 for a dry haircut the first time, even though the normal price is €35, and they didn't even wash or blow-dry my hair. It's a disaster, and I absolutely cannot recommend this salon! 🤬🤬”

“First off – if I could, I'd give it zero stars. I went there on Saturday evening wanting to get a nice balayage done. I was assured by (Ayse) that it would be exactly as I imagined. Well, she wrapped strands of my hair in foil and bleached them. = "Orange." Then she applied brown dye and colored the remaining strands dark brown/black. She left the dye on for so long that my hair turned completely black. She charged €350 for her work, no styling, nothing. She said it would get lighter with every wash. Okay! 👌 I went in with brown hair and left with black hair. And she left my bangs brown. She refuses to refund my money! Take a look at the picture yourself. Does it even look like balayage?”
