  “Very friendly and, above all, competent!! The owner charms you with her lovely and warm personality. She's someone who practices her profession with great love and passion and treats her clients with the same care – they become like family! The consultation is excellent, and every wish is taken into account. What's more, nothing is "pushed" on you; on the contrary, she even advises against procedures or color shades if they wouldn't be good for your hair (even at the cost of potential profit!!! Simply bravo!). Worth every penny and every visit for anyone who values ​​quality. I'll never go anywhere else again, and my hair will thank me!”

  “I can say that they are all very nice, but unfortunately, things went wrong for me. I got highlights and a gloss treatment or something, and afterwards my scalp was bright red and scarred. I now only have straw on my head and look like a chipmunk. When I complained, the owner herself told me that my look was perfectly normal and everything was fine.”

  “Way too expensive for what was done to my mom's hair. I gave her a €100 voucher, and they said there would even be some credit left over for the service we were planning. In the end, they charged €52 more, so a total of €152 for just a trim and a very light tint. No offense, but it's pretty cheeky to charge €152 for what was done and to say beforehand that there would be credit left over so she could potentially buy hair care products. And her hair doesn't even look good now, a total fail. Never again!”
