  “Hello, I booked an appointment at Riem online shortly before Christmas and unfortunately didn't have a very good experience, even though I went there with certain expectations (my best friend had raved about the salon), as it was my first appointment there. When I arrived, the music was quite loud, which wasn't too bothersome at first. However, when I checked in at the front desk (giving my appointment time, name, and the hairdresser's name), I felt like they weren't really listening to me. Then I was sent to wait in a chair (it was busy, so that was to be expected). When my name was called, I was seated and asked what I wanted. I showed them a picture of the style I was looking for. I'm used to other hairdressers having someone else take you to a chair and ask your request, so I didn't think much of it. But then she started cutting my hair, and at one point she said she couldn't do it like the photo because I had a side part. Normally, I'm used to hair being cut with a center part, but I'm not really familiar with this. At one point, I told the hairdresser that my hair was difficult to style and nothing would hold (not even hairspray, etc.). I'm not sure if she wasn't listening or if she couldn't hear me because of the loud music, but she came back with a spray bottle and started spraying it into my hair without telling me what it was or anything, and then she blow-dried it. I really like my new hairstyle, but I've never had a hair appointment like that before, and I won't be going back there. I understand that it's stressful before Christmas, but a certain level of quality and service should be maintained and delivered.”

  “I'm always skeptical when it comes to hairdressers. I have this image in my head of older ladies who don't really care about customer satisfaction and who always give you the same three almost identical haircuts. But yesterday's appointment was nothing like that. Competent advice and explanation. No "you don't really need this, but I'll do it anyway because of the money." I felt that the friendly woman who took care of us was genuinely interested in what we wanted. A friend of mine got her hair cut, and I even got my eyelashes tinted (without an appointment and just before closing time). We both left the salon more than satisfied. I absolutely can't complain about the value for money. The harmony among the staff was almost palpable. Thank you, Valentina! You gave us both a truly lovely afternoon. I really appreciate that. We'll definitely be back.”

  “Wow 🤩 I've been there twice for haircuts and was super happy, and today I went for a color rescue after a failed DIY experiment. I'm overjoyed with the amazing advice and care, and the result brought tears of happiness to my eyes. I'll definitely be back. By far the best salon I've ever been to.   “You always get seen quickly and the service is friendly. The shop looks tidy. The only downside is the loud hip-hop music blaring from the TV, which might be considered annoying. The haircut, and that's what ultimately matters, is always excellent in my opinion, and fairly priced.”
