“After this haircut, I'd rather give zero stars. First, I showed the hairdresser a picture of the haircut I wanted. At that moment, I already noticed something was off because I felt like he didn't understand me. Then, while cutting my hair, he focused more on the other employee than on my haircut. Only after I got it done at home did I realize that my hair was cut completely haphazardly and not at all how I wanted it. But that's not all: one side is completely short, and the other is much longer. On top of that, the price was only increased for me, which makes you think you're just being ripped off in that place. So, I would advise you not to go there if you don't speak their language, because you probably won't be fully understood if you speak German.”
