“If you are a non-german speaking woman do not go here. I repeat: DO NOT GO HERE. I spoke to one of the hairdressers about what I wanted and provided two reference pictures: one for the back and one for the fringe which was a bit over my eyebrows and I wanted it a bit higher. I explained in english and in german translated by one of my german friends via Whatsapp. I also provided reference pictures and it was clear what I wanted. The hairdresser that cut my hair was a different one who did not speak english. He ruined my hair. I would have done a better job at home. Then the english speaking hairdresser blamed it on me, saying that that was what I asked for and they have 15 years experience. Tell me what hair saloon with such experience would leave a client looking the way I did - it's this one - Friseur Yüksel. I look absolutely crazy, the fringe was cut almost entirely, with a few stray hairs which I had to cut at home to at least make it uniform. The rest of the hair is also absolutely crazy-looking. Everyone is telling me to just cut it all off and get a pixie cut. That's how bad it is. After I complained the hairdresser that cut my hair looked embarassed and they gave me back 50% of the cost telling me to return in the future. ABSOLUTELY NOT. Do not make the same mistake.”
