“I spent almost three hours in this salon today. My appointment was at 11:00 AM, and I arrived ten minutes early. So I had to wait a short while – no problem. However, I wasn't seen until 11:30 AM. They washed my hair, slapped on a conditioner (which was outrageously expensive), and then I had to wait another 45 minutes with wet hair, right by the open door. Meanwhile, another customer had her hair washed, cut, and blow-dried (exactly what I wanted). Then they rinsed my hair. It quickly became clear that my hair tangles easily when brushed. Instead of combing from the bottom up (as I'm used to from hairdressers), they stubbornly brushed through the knots that had formed after the wash – causing unnecessary pain and hair loss. In the end, my hair still looked incredibly messy – no styling whatsoever – they didn't even part it properly. The price was very high, and there was no apology for the long wait. All in all, a very unpleasant visit. I felt very uncomfortable and simply expect more when you make an appointment beforehand… The hairdresser was very nice, but it felt like she was juggling three clients at once…”
