“The hairdresser overbooked an appointment and did not even acknowledge/apologies for it. The gentlemen that came after me (and I guess also had an appointment at 10am) hair was being cut without having a mask on while I was sitting in a full salon with the mask on waiting for the hairdresser to finish and quickly move to me. I don't care what your policies are but be transparent about it and respect mine. I have no joy sitting there like that while needing to comply with restrictions everywhere else. Get your scheduling and process in order. I left and did not get a haircut.”
