  “Try and order online tried 3 different cards multiple times wouldnt process kept getting an error. Call the store to make a payment and am told they cant do that need to come in person. The whole point of ordering online is so you dont need to come in person. How is there no other options if your online payment system isnt working.”

  “the food was phenomenal. i got the 16 ounce prime rib and sat at the bar with Mikayla and she was extremely attentive, very helpful, and was a pleasure to look at, only 2nd to my meal! i will definitely be back. 10 out of 10 stars, highly recommend.”

  “Had the same exact experience as I did in Horseheads. The only thing warm on my son and my plate were the jalapenos. Old fries. Luke warm chili. Luke warm burgers. Seems to be a trait. They had a 0-10 min wait. Not even like they were busy. Learned my lesson. If I didn't have my wife and kids I'd walk out.”

  “Disappointing Management Experience despite Great Service ​"I visited this restaurant with my family today between 5:00 PM and 6:30 PM.03 /21/2026 Unfortunately, we found a hair in the salad. We politely informed our waiter—a professional and helpful young man—who immediately called the manager. ​The manager (a woman in her mid-50s) was shockingly rude. Instead of apologizing or showing any professional courtesy, she acted defensive and aggressive, as if we were responsible for the mistake. Her attitude was dismissive throughout the meal, and when she brought the bill, she didn't offer a single word of apology. ​We have attached a photo of the incident as proof. We urge the management to review the security cameras to see the interaction for yourselves. We believe in fairness, which is why we still left a tip for the hardworking waiter who was not at fault. ​If you investigate and find that we have misrepresented anything, I am happy to discuss it and remove this comment.   “Texas Roadhouse has amazing rolls and cinnamon butter! They have a great menu for weekday specials. The food is delicious, however I wasn't a fan of the chili. Everything else I have had there has been amazing!”

While Texas Roadhouse is already known for its flavorful food and welcoming environment, it was Jeremy’s professionalism, attentiveness, and remarkable hospitality that truly set this visit apart. From the moment I sat down, Jeremy demonstrated a level of service that went well beyond basic expectations. He was not only efficient and friendly, but also extremely knowledgeable about the menu. His recommendations were thoughtful, accurate, and clearly based on genuine experience. The dishes he suggested were exactly what I was looking for, and his drink suggestions complemented the meal perfectly. It is rare to find someone who takes such pride in ensuring customers receive the best possible experience, yet Jeremy made it seem effortless. One of the most impressive aspects of his service was his continual attention to detail. My drink was never left unfinished, and he consistently checked in to ensure everything was prepared properly and that I was fully satisfied with each part of my order. Jeremy managed to balance attentiveness without ever being intrusive, which speaks to strong customer service skills and a true understanding of hospitality. In addition to the quality service itself, Jeremy’s upbeat personality and enthusiasm contributed significantly to the restaurant’s atmosphere.   “⭐ Caution about visiting this restaurant if you have a peanut allergy ⭐ They now have peanuts back, you just have to ask for them. The bathrooms were clean. The appetizers are delicious. And also their biscuits with whipped cinnamon butter is fantastic! Nice steak place if you're trying to go out and have a nice dinner without spending a lot of money.”
