“I only asked for a nail removal and emphasized multiple times I wanted nothing other than a nail removal. They ended up cutting my nails too, even after I explicitly said I wanted nothing other than the nail removal. They ended up charging me for both the removal and cutting my nails even though they knew I didn't want that. Additionally, they didn't even get the entire removal complete. There's still a chunk of acrylic left on my nail. In the picture I attached you can clearly see where my nail ends and the acrylic starts.”

“I had a really great experience. My nail tech was really nice and friendly, and so was the man behind the counter. The place was clean. My tech used brand new tools that were in the manufacture’s packaging, and there was a cover for the foot bath. The one thing I wanted to note to the spa is that the lady that took me to my chair came off cold and unfriendly, but my tech made up for that. I will be back!”
