  “The first photo was what I wanted and the second is what I got, they did really good the woman that did it was so kind and thoughtful the nails were only 85 dollars so they weren’t expensive they did file my nails a bit aggressive and hurt …”

  “I go to Tracy to get my nails done! She’s always done an awesome job with any idea I’ve brought to her! Halloween being one of my favorites, my idea was crazy difficult! Tracy was more than willing to take on the challenge and did great! So thankful for her! 😍❤️”

  “asked for black french tips and this is what i got. not only is the black very uneven, but it’s also very splotchy. i asked him if he could fix the lines and do a second coat of black and he denied. little to no prep was done to my natural nail. popped a nail right off THE NEXT DAY. $70 for these! no thanks”

  “Meh...wasn't impressed. I am from out of town and needed a fill and a nail replacement. They ended up taking off all of my nails (which was fine) but after getting my gel polish on and left, I noticed that there were size discrepancies with each nail, and the shaping was done poorly. I didn't want to say anything because a simple hour appointment (that I made the day prior and still ended up having to wait) turned into over 2 hours and I was ready to leave. The staff was nice, but that's all I can say about that.”

  “First time powdering my real nails and it was a pleasant experience. The man was very patient with me even when it seems we were having language barrier. Wish I could rate them more than 5 stars for great customer service and implementing CDC safety guidelines-which was a big concern to me since I'm pregnant”
