  “Amazing 10/10 experience! I used to shave my eyebrows with a razor and would always get ingrown hairs, but coming here showed me I’ll never go back to that. My eyebrows look so pretty now with zero bumps, and my nails and toes were perfect as well!”

  “Lux is the only place I have gotten my nails done for the past 2+ years and they always do an amazing job. I was recently given a gift certificate for a head spa service… it was absolutely incredible! It was the most relaxing 90 minutes of my life and I left feeling pampered from head to toe!”

  “I would not recommend. I went for the first time to get a pedicure and the technician cut my nail so deep that it started bleeding. He wasn’t even going to acknowledge that my nail was bleeding (he tried to hurry up and put it in the water bowl) until I said “my toe is bleeding” then he acted shocked and put some kind of skin protectant solution on my toe. I wouldn’t have gotten that if I didn’t say anything! When I checked out I asked the cashier if I would get a discount since my toe was cut so deep and he offered me $2!!! Not even $5. Okay cool— I go to pay and the service fee is ringing up to $39 (originally $40) I’m confused because if you’re giving me a $2 discount regardless of your card service fee , my amount should ring up to $38. I will never be returning! First and LAST time. A $2 discount on an open skin cut is INSANE. And the handling of me after the fact pissed me off even more.”
