  “Had an appointment for two dips and two pedicures at 12, got sat for pedicures about 15 minutes after 12 no biggie they were busy. Pedicures were finished and then my mom and I were told no one was able to do our dip because they didn’t have available staff qualified to do it. Unsure of how long the wait would be, luckily someone called and canceled while we were having this conversation with the head nail tech. Got both my mom and I in for our dip manicures. Showed the tech an inspiration picture and was told he could do it. Over an hour later I was left with extremely bumpy lifted and thick nails. Nothing like the picture. Left at that time and after looking them over called back and they said they would fix them. Came right back in to have them fixed to a plain color, something easy… after finishing I was told it would be an additional $15 dollars for the service even though I’d previously paid more for the first set because French tip is a “specialty”.”

  “The lady my nails down too short. I said cut a little. My hands already short and fat. Then she kept saying sorry. Then they wanted to charge me full price. Then said you don't have to come back here. The price really wasn't the problem until you cut my nails too short.”

  “I came in yesterday around 5:30pm as a walk in. I had my nails done by someone named TT. I showed her the picture I wanted and as she began, I asked for a bit shorter and a slightly different pink. As soon as she was finished, she got up and didn’t give me a chance to even say if I liked them nor did she ask, she said “im done” and got up. It seemed as if I was rushed and while I did proceed to pay for them just to get out of there, I finally looked at my nails more thoroughly and noticed how she didn’t do a good job simply painting them and they weren’t the shape I asked for. I asked for less pointy, more round, but she didn’t seem to understand. However, I decided to go back the next day, and see what could be done. I spoke with someone and ultimately asked if a refund was possible. They made it clear they don’t do refunds especially since the owners weren’t there. They did say I could come back and they would fix them because they recognized she did a poor job. While that is nice, I don’t think I’ll be returning to this nail salon. I just wanted to leave a review because I had high expectations and think it’s important to inform when a service is not done to its best quality.”

  “I moved to Wilson a couple of years ago and I’ve gone to several other nail salons trying to find one that will do a good job and not hurt me. I finally found one. I made an appointment and was graciously greeted and asked to select a color. I’m so glad that I made the appointment and had them done here. I will be back. The technician took her time and did a beautiful job without hurting me she continually checked to make sure that I was comfortable, that the shape was okay & that I liked the color. She corrected a hot mess that was horribly done elsewhere a couple of weeks ago having left me with sore and cut fingers, with nails not done well, overflowing the nail beds, lumpy, were lifting badly & not done with the color I had requested. I really appreciate the careful, beautiful job and will definitely come back.”

  “Absolutely amazing nail salon! I don’t get my nails done often at all and wanted to treat myself. The staff were very kind and made sure I got what I came for. I didn’t get his name, but the guy that did my nails was so precise and I couldn’t be happier! Definitely found my nail spot!”
