  “I wish I could give this a negative FAT ZERO! Don’t go here !! I wanted to get my nails done for my birthday and right off the guy had ripped a small piece of my skin and I was bleeding. I asked for French tips and absolutely did not liked them and let the older lady know but she didn’t even let me talk and basically took control saying she’s not done. She commented how picky I was about my nails even though I was trying to be vocal about how I wanted them done since It was my big day. I paid for my set but really did not liked them one bit and AGAIN Had let the lady know but told me that’s what I asked for. I left after paying but went back 5 minutes later to let them know I was not satisfied and If I could get them fixed and the lady was VERY rude and she basically argued saying it was my fault. I’ve had this type of French tip before at other nail Salons and there should be a nude undertone. I paid 61$ including tip. NEVER AGAIN! lesson learned !! Last picture Is when I went to Nails today On Market St. and could tell a huge Difference between the manicure after getting them Redone.”

  “Horrible don't go here. I took my daughter to get our nails done for the 1st time together, Mine don't even look professional this is the worst my nails have ever been It's only been a week and they have black spots that came up after they were finished and the acrylic nail is coming off from my actual now very cheaply done. They didn't even cut my nails before they put the fake nails on My daughters Don't look that great either You can tell they're not the right size for her and and the guy even used his vapor in front of my daughter while doing her nails 3 times, It's so unprofessional. It's ridiculous. And then they hustled me and overcharged me after they did the nails. When I asked how much before we even begun? he said we'll talk later and then they just charge you whatever they feel like Even though there's a list of prices on the wall, they don't go by that. Would not recommend this place won't go there again either. The the black spots is under the nail polish. It come up the next day and The only way I can fix this is to take them off which would be a waste of my money. The only other option is to wear s***** looking nails. He should have never painted a French manicure I should be refunded or compensated somehow but lesson learned is my compensation.”

  “Do not go if you'd like to have your acrylics taken off. Me and my roommate decided to get our acrylics taken off and they gave us serious pain and discomfort. They forcibly tried to rip our nails off the bed and cut my roommate several times with drills once the nail would not remove for them. A lady forcefully ripped my acrylics off causing serious pain for me. I was very overwhelmed with the experience. I was hoping she would soak the acrylics off but she does not follow that process. My roommate had a similar experience where he drilled off her nails too far and the nails were left too exposed where the acetone was burning her actual nail bed. She was cut several times due to her nail tech was distracted by other things. Overall it was $20 dollars for us to have our nails ripped off with lots of pain and discomfort. I do not recommend coming here if you would like to get your acrylics taken off.”

  “I been going off and on to golden nails since I moved 4 years ago. Jennifer is friendly an always does my nails right. I also get gel powder/ gel polish on my nails and my toes. I have never had an issue with them an always left satisfied. The staff seems pretty friendly an smiles. It's worth a visit.”

  “I usually go to a nail salon right down the road from my house but they close at 7:30 so when I found out that Golden Nails, which is located in Independence Mall stays open until 9 so I decided to go there. I think they did a pretty decent job.”

  “I do not recommend this place at all!! I walked into the store, the lady in the front asked me what I wanted. I told her I wanted to get acrylics, so she told me to go sit at the end chair. She never gave me any choices to look at nail color wise, they asked me what color I wanted. I told them light pink but I would like to see, never once got to see the color. The guy that was doing my nails started to do a gel manicure, I told him nicely that I asked for acrylics. He got very aggravated with me, and rushed to do my nails. I am NOT PLEASED. He also, cut my fingers multiple times with a tool he was using. Also, he told me $30.00, i paid $40.00 and i had to ask for my change back after about 10 minuites of waiting! This was my first time going there, I will never go back again! I do not recommend!!”
