Duy is my nail technician, and he is outstanding. He’s meticulous, talented, and always takes the time to make sure everything looks perfect. My nails consistently turn out beautifully, and I always leave happy. The salon is clean, relaxing, and provides excellent service every visit. I highly recommend Duy and the entire team at Soho Nails!”

  “****UPDATE**** I did not know what I was talking about (this was my first time to a nail salon), but after having been to other places, I realized that Soho isn’t very clean unfortunately. I noticed when I came for a fill, they hadn’t even wiped the shavings off the counter from the previous client, and they sat my hand in it. Plus, my nails started lifting, peeling and breaking about two and a half weeks in. I should have only needed a fill, the damage that they were going through is apparently not normal. I do not recommend. The staff is friendly and the nails were pretty for a little while, but never again. So sorry, just have to be honest. Original post: “First time getting acrylics (or even going into a nail salon) and I was very satisfied. I asked for these beautiful French tips, and they only cost me $65 plus I left a $5 tip. Walk-ins are welcome, and they were more than happy to do my nails. Seemed clean to me, and the staff were really friendly. Place feels huge when entering….who knew lol. Couldn’t tell from the outside.””

  “I was in town for holiday break to visit family that stays in NC. I did my nails here on Jan 3rd, 2026 here. Linda did my toes and 2 other people did my nails. Linda was wonderful on my toes with my pedicure. But my NAILS was a different story. One of the guys did my nails and he cut me with the filer machine and the manual one. Like he was filing so hard and fast it cut through my skin on some of my fingers. It seemed like he was rushing it. All that filing and it was still bad. SMH. He put the acrylics on and then passed it back over to Linda who put chrome on it which was fine. But she tried to fix what he did kuz she knew it looked bad. I only tipped her and NOT the two other guys that touched my nails. The photo I’m attaching is literally 5 days later - when one of my acrylic nails came off!!!! I am for sure not happy about that. Not sure if I’d come back to this place unless it’s only Linda touching my nails.”

  “I got a mani pedi. The Pedi was good. She did leave a cold wet towel on my legs for to long, but the polish job was great. The nails. TERRIBLE! The polish was old and we changed it out for a similar color. The paint job was AWFUL. I won't be back.”
