“Literally the worst nail job I’ve ever had…and I’ve been getting my nails done a long time. The lady complained about how hard it was to get my previous SNS off (done elsewhere). Never asked if I wanted my nails cut down so now they’re too long. The color I picked from the book was so far from the color I got. She did such a sloppy job. She also left my old SNS that got on my skin. So I had to scrub it off at home. She was very rough with my cuticles when drilling. I’m literally going straight to another salon to re-do them. I didn’t complain because I just wanted to get out of there and didn’t want her doing them sloppy again. I can’t believe she does this for a living. They look horrible!”
