  “Nail tech couldn't understand English. Asked for toenails to be shortened and rounded. Three times I asked and three times the tech beside her said round. She used cuticle cutters to cut and still kept square. I told her to give me the file. The owner or whoever she is came over and asked if I needed her. I told her I needed someone else to do my nails. She had cut my toenail away on the side. That is all she literally done to the nails. The tech beside me finished the job and another one was doing my manicure. The colors weren't the same, so then the manicurist had to redo the toenails. Fingernails had missed sides and uneven polishing. This place is a joke. They are unprofessional, way overpriced and do terribly sloppy work. I'll never darken their door again. If you're smart, neither will you.”

  “I used to like going to this place for my nails but it seems to just keep getting worse. I got my nails done recently a very simple design and the guy I had first tried to paint the whole nail blue I had to correct him and show him the photo again. Now looking at them the French tips are sloppy and so crooked even the way the nail is shaped it’s crooked. I paid 80 dollars for nails that should have costed 40. I even tipped 10 which I know I should not have. I am very disappointed with the way my nails look. Especially the white crosses, the photo shows them in the middle of the nail and one is and the other is off to the side. This made me so upset because it’s very obvious the nails are sloppy. My nails look nothing like the photo I had shown him, even the pink base is very sloppy it also isn’t even supposed to be pink! I was so tired of his just messing everything up I just wanted to get out of there. I do not plan on coming back here as I have had problems with the nails being messy multiple times.”
