“Worst experience I’ve had at a nail salon. I told them 3 times that I wanted a Basic Mani/Pedi. I tried 3 times to make conversation with her and she never replied. Not at all. They treated me as an inconvenience. When my pedi was finished, I asked her where she wanted me to sit for the manicure to which she replied so rudely, almost yelling, “Oh you want the manicure too?” Mind you there was one other customer only. She rushed through that manicure so fast. Only one coat. She clipped them square for me but didn’t file them afterwards. She waved a piece of mail over my hands and told me to be careful they weren’t dry yet. This rush job lasted me exactly one day. And I was at a wedding so I wasn’t doing dishes or gardening or anything to mess them up. Here is a picture of the next day. ONE DAY! That’s polish that just popped off. These are my own nails. It couldn’t have been more basic. I’m out $50 for this and it’s a horrible job. Will not return. Well, it won’t let me add a picture.”
