  “** Edited because of recent experiences on December 30th and 31st. ** When a company does good I praise them but when they don't then I have to hold them accountable as well. I got a standard gel manicure December 30th. The manicurist may have been inexperienced but did a nice job shaping my nails and all. But after buffing and shaping my nails she didn't clean off the area and there's a lot of dust. After she started polishing my nails some of the dust was on my hands and I think ended up on my nails as well. So midway through painting she stops and brushes off my hands and towels off the work area and then continues to do my nails. At first glance my nails looked good and I tipped generously because it was a holidays. When I got home though and had better lighting, I could see all the issues. The next day after work I stopped by the salon and explain that my nails didn't come out that well. A nail tech looked at my nails and she said I'll fix them. So she has me take a seat and she starts filing and removing the top layer and adds a new layer of polish. While she's doing this she's having a conversation on speakerphone about some personal issue with her significant other and their children. She spends maybe 15 minutes on my nails if that much. She then dismisses me and says you're dry you're good. She never apologized. Never said sorry for the quality of the work or even acknowledged that they were badly done. She never even said sorry if you had to come back. I was kind of stunned and speechless by the way I was just dismissed. I left the location and when I got to my car looked at my nails and was incredulous. This was the second time and instead of doing a better job I got a sloppy job. I was about to go back in and I see the person that did my nails leave in a hurry. I sat in my car a little longer trying to decide whether to go back for a third time. I decided not to because I thought I gave them a second chance to correct honest mistake but they chose to be dismissive. I hope they read this review and learn from this. It costs nothing to say I'm sorry and to take time to fix a mistake. I would have continued going to them if that were the case. I don't forsee me going back for any services now. They consistently do a great job. They are friendly and respectful of my time. I love how my nails and eyebrows come out each time.”
