“One of the worst experiences ever! The nail tech didn’t want to redo my friends nails, so he added another nail on top of the other ones he already had on her fingernails. My friend explained exactly what she wanted and she did so politely! On top of that a few nails came out crooked!! It took three nail techs to do my other friends toes (she asked for a basic french tip). On the way out- they still had the audacity to complain about my friend not tipping!
