  “I came in for a gel French tip pedicure, my feet were not scrubbed a single time with an exfoliant, nor did any type of moisturizer make it to the heels of my feet. Clipped my big toe cuticle but didn’t get a lick of dirt from up under my toe. Even after politely declining the most expensive pedicure ( the 39 vs 30 one only have 1 item difference so of course I opted for the 30) was still charged 35 until I spoke up, and they took off $5, totaling to $50 plus a $5 tip. They were rude and dismissive to me but very polite and talkative with their repeat clients, even fixed another ladies pedicure and forced me to wait, although there was 3 workers doing absolutely nothing in there. I took these pictures within 12 hours of receiving services. First time there and worst experience I’ve ever had in a nail salon in my entire life.”

  “I used to go here all the time and went yesterday because my regular place was closed and I needed help. I should have realized after the 1st interaction this place has gone downhill. I had gel x nails I needed removed and asked for a new full set. At first, he tried to remove them by sticking a tip between the nail and gelx nail. When I asked the gentleman who was helping me to soak them off he tried to tell me no but that’s the only way to get them off without ripping my nails off. He was rough, yanked my arms, didn’t watch what he was doing. Was looking out the window while he was filing. My fingers are bleeding today from how hard he filed my fingers. The tips glued on are way too wide. I thought “okay he’s going to shape them”. No. I had to ask the person he handed me to for color to shape them. I needed her to just finish so I could leave because I was in disbelief and I’m non confrontational. I paid and left because it was almost 6 pm and I needed to get home. I had to go get them fixed at my place today and I was truly embarrassed by the things they said about these nails. What a shame.”

  “Awful! My daughter and I got there soon after they opened for mani/pedis, They started our nails then continued to take walk ins, doing their nails and leaving us half done. We were there two and a half hours. Worst pedicure ever, no massage, paint on my skin and then over charged us. Also, nails and toes were suppose to be the same color, but had me choose a different one, I think because they were out of the color. I will never go there again. Also, owner is very rude. Also over charged us and when we ask, he went up on the price instead of down, almost $200 for the two of us and I only got a regualr manicure with gel polish.”

  “After reading the reviews, I chose not to go through with my services. Upon walking in, not a single smile on anyone’s face or a hello… nothing. There’s 6 of us in here including me. I’d rather go somewhere else. I moved here from Fayetteville and have been having a really hard time finding a decent nail shop around here. The professionalism is not it. Also, $15 to use a debit/credit card? Do you people not realize that hardly anyone carries cash anymore? That’s a rip off.”

  “I took my mom to Li Nails today and they did such a wonderful job. My mother has vascular dementia and they were patient and kind, took their time so she could enjoy her service, and it just meant the world to me. Thank you so much. We will be back!”
