  “If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. I’m usually not one to complain or even leave reviews but this place and the man that works there is a joke. I’m going to provide the picture I asked for, and pictures of the nails I received. Pictures may not even do justice on how bad my nails are but they are NOT the length I asked for, nor or they the color PINK I expressed to him that I wanted. You can literally see my natural nails underneath the tips on my hands. I have got white tips for years and I have no been so unsatisfied with how they turned out nor have they been see through! Before he was even done with my nails , I asked him how much they were going to be already dreading paying for them because I wasn’t satisfied and he said $80! $80 for basic, see through white tips? I explained to him the pink on my nails wasn’t dark enough and he claimed that it was, that the picture I showed him just doesn’t look like my nails because of the difference in skin color. Not to mention I stressed my concern BEFORE he charged me and still proceeded to charge me the full $80. It’s the day before the 4th of July and due to him being greedy, I can’t even get these fixed until after the holiday. This place is insane and they take advantage of people. Money doesn’t grow on trees for some people, and had I known I was gonna walk away with nails like I got and the service I received, I would have gotten press ons. DO NOT waste your time waiting 3 hours at city nails to go through what I went through. Save your money, your time, and the disappointment.”

  “I tend to have a hard time finding a GOOD nail place. Of course I come to NC to visit my sister and find the most AMAZING place there could be. The wait was a bit as it’s a husband and wife owned but it is most certainly worth it! They are extremely friendly and our nails look phenomenal! They are respectful and accommodating and ended up working late to ensure we were able to get our nails done. Will most certainly be going back every single time I am here! MOST RECOMMENDED!”
