  “I found the shop on TikTok and decided to go get Bora Bora braids. Nikki herself did my hair but Nikki kept stopping for any and every reason and would take her time getting back to my braids which was frustrating because it was plenty of other people who arrived after me but left before me and that’s because their braider was focused and attentive. I also asked for smaller knotless and these parts are definitely medium to large with smaller braids. I didn’t know until she got about half way done and I didn’t want to say anything because I was already there for hours while she was just stopping in between a few braids to go do whatever. The boho effect also made up for it. She originally charged me $340 and I paid her before my hair was done. After my hair was completed she told me the price was $320 which threw me off because I gave her an extra $20 because she said it was $340. I haven’t even had my braids a whole two weeks and the boho is just sliding out like crazy to the point most of the braids only have curly ends. They don’t have boho pieces in them anymore and now I just want to take the whole hairstyle out. I also took my daughter there a few days after me for kids fulani braids and Nikki said the price was $140. When another braider started on my 6 year old head she asked for payment and when I was about to cash app Nikki she had said it was $160. I asked what happened to $140 and she said it’s because the knotless braids in the back… I sent Nikki a video of how I wanted her braids and the knotless braids in the back was still included in the $140. I didn’t know who was braiding my daughter hair and why she up charged me but I’m never going back again. My daughter hair looks nice but this is my second time hearing different amounts of the total cost and I spent so much money on my hair that I have to take a loss.”

  “In at 8:45 and out by 11:30am!! My daughter and I got boho braids by Nikkia & Amina. I was done a little earlier than my daughter but they were professional, friendly, and fast. My daughter first time at a braiding salon and she can’t stop talking about how nice her braider ( Amina) was and how gentle she was braiding. We will be back.”
