“First thing, the lady on the wig side was welcoming, warm, and attentive.That being said, I went in a couple of days before Halloween to purchase a pink wig for work. I chose the one that was reasonably priced, or what I was willing to pay for a costume. It had white stripes that made it eerie looking( NOT what I wanted). I purchased it because it was a last minute idea, and in a time crunch. I made a few more stops with more time to think. I really didn't want the look I thought the wig would give. I went back to the store to return, and the lady at the counter told me no and that ther are signs. Look for the signs y'all LOL!! She wasn't rude. I just don't feel as if she valued me as a customer. I don't believe she thinks I wore the wig, it was probably 2 hours later. I just felt she had my money, and wasn't giving it back, lol! I felt, considering the time frame of the purchase she could have taken the wig back( resold because it wasn't worn), and offered me store credit. It's a business, yes. It's also a local business that I have tried to support. I just didn't feel valued( not the 1st or 2nd time). I'm glad there are plenty of other great reviews, so my dollars won't matter. It wasn't about the money, because I later googled pink wigs near me, and went to Five and below and bought a perfect silly pink wig. I donated the pink Nikki Minaj wig to a local salon owner.”
