  “OMGGGG, I’m soooo happy my mom and I decided to stop in and give Pampered Nails a try. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. From my experience, the techs listen very well and have lots of patience to make sure you leave satisfied with your nail service(s). The nail design I asked for was done even better than the inspo pic. We love this place so much we brought my aunt as well and she was very happy with everything. As long as this location is in business, we won’t be going anywhere else!”

  “Disappointed at the lack of service even though they were not busy. Nail tech opened 4 packages, hid 3 and poured only one in the foot bath. I had to come home to put lotion on my legs and feet because they were left dry. I don’t understand the language but I do understand my tech was verbally abused so her hands were shaking after trying to polish my toenails. Something about alcohol is the only word in English I picked up on. Time to seek another salon.”

  “The women did a good job but when it came down to pricing the owner was overpricing me it was ridiculous and I’m sure she tells every customer different prices because there’s no way those little stripes should be $20 more extra!! And then she said $5 extra for “shaping” like what shape?? They’re a regular shape what did you want me to do leave them looking like a gravel? She was using every way to get more money out of me and I was very offended by that. And I’ve been coming here for years and they are really not that good. They do it fast and sloppy so you can hurry up and leave.”
