  “The experience was overall okay. Nice area and overall salon and employees were nice. I had a few services done which included GelX nails with gel polish and two designs and pedicure with two acrylic toes with gel polish. My total was 166.00. I went away on a work trip and four days later my polish peeled off on four nails. Once the polish was removed I could see the shape of the nails and realized it did not look good. My right hand which is the dominant hand is totally fine polish is still attached and shaped decent. Today is April 24th and I just got back into town from the work trip and decided to call and see if someone could take me in. I took off two of the nails because they looked really bad. 12 days and my nails look like this. I called and explained the situation to someone and they told me there is nothing that they can do and I should have came back within three days. It wasn’t possible because i was on a work trip. I asked for square and they aren’t sharp. I get gel because it lasts longer and it didn’t last at all. 12 days is crazy. To me I think that the last hand was rushed and that’s okay things happen however I assumed that the issue would be resolved if I had a problem. I’m not even a person that complains about things I kind let things ride and it bothered me that the one time I did speak on something that didn’t seem right I received a response like that. I have also been service provider and run my own hair salon and have resolved issues like this with clients and customers. I just probably will never go back.”

  “I would never go back to Nails Up I paid for a gel manicure . Called Nails Up for a redo was told to come in explain on the phone how I was there a week and the gel polish came off he told me to come in however when I got there I guess the bull dog by the name of Kim said it would cost 30.00 she wouldn’t do a re-do since it been a week. I would never ever go to this place again , this has been the worse experience ever.”

  “People were friendly however they are not very personable. I wasn’t given any options on pedicure services. Got a mani pedi for a reasonable price, but skipped steps or did not include in basic services. It wasn’t terrible but I’ve had better results with someone doing this service from home. Don’t know if I would recommend in the future.”

  “I’ve been going here for years. Yesterday I had a dip “manicure” with French tips. It’s terrible!! Bubbles, uneven powder, nails are uneven, wavy and white powder all speckled in the clear coat!!! They charged me $60 when I always used to pay $50 with a tip. It’s bad.I’m going on vacation and it’s too late to get it fixed. I won’t go back.”

  “I went in today to get my nails done for Christmas and Nam did such a fantastic job, other ladies stopped by just to look at my nails while he was doing them. This salon is the best by far and the staff are so pleasant. I loved my nails and that's why I am a client for life!”
