  “Just had a pedicure and manicure. Loved this place. I have been trying to find a place that all instruments are autoclaved and clean files used. I watched them throw all disposables away. My nails also look great. My new go to place!”

  “The ladies were great. Broke a nail while out of town. I came in with no idea of what I wanted but asked for the tech to decide. She didn't hesitate or disappoint. I will definitely go again when work sends me this way.”

  “I’ve been coming here for a while, today was my first time having Olga, she did AMAZING. She was super sweet and welcoming. I knew I wanted French tips but not sure what designed I wanted and she did her thing!! She’s very precise with her work. Definitely will be asking for her from now on!!”

  “First time here and never going back. Got a pedicure and full set, didn’t do any fancy designs and was just one solid color and it took 4 hours. The same girl did both my toes and fingers, she did fine on my toes but my fingers, my cuticles are completely raw. I bled a couple times. When I bled she’d go in with acetone to “clean up” the paint but she wouldn’t have to if she’d paint on the polish correctly so it very much burned. She didn’t soak or push my cuticles back, she just went right in with the drill to cut my cuticles dry. I’m not a talker, I like to just get my nails done and go but she kept talking even when I told her I was running low on time because once again, I didn’t think it would take 4 hours. When we were almost done, I told her I needed to be at work within the next hour and I still had errands to run. All we had left was filing and color, that took her an extra hour so I left the salon way later than I should’ve. I paid $115 before tax/tip and I still tipped because she still gave me her services but never going back here.”

  “I have been to this facility a large amount of times with my kids and sent other people to this location. Best place I have ever been to and I have been getting these services for over 30 years. 98 percent of the time I am extremely happy with my services and anytime I am not happy with something or dislike something they always go above and beyond to make sure you leave happy. Communication is always key,if there is an issue speak up and let it be known but also try to be respectful when delivering your message of disappointment. You catch more with sugar than salt.”

  “The creativity was definitely there! I'd be willing to giving Nati another shot but both my friend and I agreed that they would have done a MUCH better job had they not been so rushed. We weren't unhappy with our nails, as they did LOOK really nice, but some were lumpy, others were extremely thick and some thin. My expectations when it comes to pedis is ridiculous after being used to my regular salon, so I wasn't surprised that I didn't love it .”
