  “I came across another review expressing similar concerns, and it matched my experience exactly. I paid over $90 for a fill and still left a $10 tip because I believe in tipping for a service. Spending more than $100 total on a fill feels excessive, especially when that amount could cover a full set at many salons. One charge that stood out was a $20 fee for color soak/removal. The previous color was removed with a drill in less than two minutes, so that additional cost felt disproportionate to the service provided. Tru has done my nails several times, and when she does them, the quality is excellent. She has always been kind, professional, and talented. Unfortunately, the overall experience has been inconsistent depending on who I see. It’s difficult to justify paying over $100 for a fill when the quality can be hit or miss and the add-on fees seem unreasonable. I understand that every business sets its own prices, and I’m not expecting special accommodations or discounts. I simply don’t feel the pricing reflects the value I’m receiving. This review isn’t meant to be disrespectful. I appreciate Tru and the quality of her work, but for me, the cost no longer aligns with the overall quality.”
