  “Find another nail salon. I think this is my first time leaving a bad business review ever. Rushed through my manicure in like 10 minutes, didn’t clean the cuticles and I had hang nails. Globbed uneven polish on my nails that she prepped unevenly. I never thought someone could mess up a simple gel manicure.”

  “I didn’t want to have to leave a bad review but I got my pedicure 2 weeks ago and the hot towels he put on my feet were so hot and now I have this ugly burn on my foot. Did you not think to check them before placing them on somebody? This place is so convenient for me but I do not think I’ll be returning.”

  “I left crying this afternoon. I paid 70 dollars for horrible nails. this is the third time Ive come here, I try to give chances and I dont expect nails to be perfect, we are all human. but this is unacceptable. I asked for French tip nails this time, the most classic and simple nail. they look like a child did them and I tried to ask the man to do them wider and straight across. he didnt know how to do it, and the owner still let him work on me. what I walked out with was his second attempt. SEVENTY DOLLARS for nails I am having to take off myself. last time I came I asked for a full set of acrylic ombre. the owner did not use acrylic, she used gel and they were not ombre. its my fault for coming back when I already knew twice they do not give what you ask for and are inexperienced. this is so sad and just ridiculous. no nails will ever be perfect, but your employees should be better experienced before you charge almost 100 dollars for tips that aren't even the same across. I feel bad for all the vacationers that are going to come here and be over charged for bad service. I will not be coming back 3 times is enough for me. if you're reading this and thinking about coming here, just make the drive to posh nails in porters neck, I learned my lesson. If you're gonna pay this kind of money then go where they can do what you ask for. Google isnt giving me the option to add a picture but literally the tips aren't even at all. Its just a straight line across and he could not do it.”

  “Always wonderful.. I come every 3 weeks for over 3 years and it’s never been anything but welcoming and professional.The owner Kim is always so accommodating!!! The place is spotlessly clean, always being updated. If I could give more than 5stars I would!”

  “Disappointed. I was the only customer there and it felt like I was an inconvenience. No talking, very robotic and it felt rushed. Polish was left on my toes, and not all the way applied to the nails. I won’t be back.”

  “Tony did my nails and my toes and he was excellent! I went to check out and the bill was 135.00 I told him to add a 20.00 tip for him and gave him my card to pay… the bill turned into 159.65. …. If you have a surcharge what should have been said is… that will be 135.00 plus a surcharge. However when I mentioned to the lady Kim she should let me have the option of by passing the surcharge of 3% she said I should have read the sign. The sign is not in a visually visible place when putting your wallet and keys on the counter. Also, the surcharge should not be on the tip amount. I didn’t think that was cool at all. Not happy about that, however.. if you do go here, bring cash and ask for TONY. He was great 😊”
