“Went to get my nails done and the girl I normally go to wasn’t there. I went to someone else and she started my nails and I was to pick a color and I told them I wanted black. With french already on my nail I would assume they know just black french even when I booked the appointment I said french. She began to paint my nails fully black without asking or going over what I wanted. In order to not start all over I just left two nails painted fully and the rest french. I do not like the base coat she used for french instead of doing a skin toned type she used milky white kinda. The french is also too thick for my liking. I thought the set would grow on me but I can’t do it. I called back not even a full 24hrs later to see if i could get it fixed and they wanted $30! That’s 1/2 of what i paid yesterday. Anytime before if it’s before the 24 hr mark I could get them fixed. I am unhappy with service.”
