  “I asked for square-shaped French nails and repeatedly clarified this during the appointment, but the result came out clearly oval/rounded instead. There are visible bubbles, one nail is not fully filled with white polish, and the overall shape looks uneven and curved. Also all the acrylic material was all over my skin and they never cut my cuticles. Another technician tried to fix them, but they still don’t look how I requested. I have a trip tomorrow, so now I have to go to another salon and pay again to get them fixed. Very disappointed and terrible service.”
