“I used to come to this place all of the time, but the staff have changed, the prices have gotten higher, and generally the atmosphere has gotten worse. To detail one experience; I called the beauty side of the salon and was told to come in at 2:30 for a quick trim and shampoo, but when I got there the stylist wasn't even at the location. I waited for 15 minutes, 2:45 comes and I go in and find out that none of the other staff knew where she was either! This is why I'm giving it a low rating.”

“I've got my hair cut here maybe 4 times and the cut was good. BUTTTT today was the 3rd time I've went to get my hair cut on about a 2 months. I get there and the doors are locked during business hours. (I get my hair cut every two weeks.) Then one day I get there and there's only one barber and 4 people in line.”
