  “I never wanted to leave this review. Im a very patient person who tends to be far more understanding that most, and it started out so good. I will say, at no point was anyone rude to me, just insane expectations. I came in for an SNS manicure, and was convinced to go gel polish instead. Back story: I've bitten my nails since I was old enough to chew and I'd finally grown them out with almost 1/4" of white tip. Super proud life achievement. My first manicure was a dream, a pale pink with rose gold glitter ombre. Wish i had a picture of that one. It grew out lovely and never chipped once. It was still quite gorgeous three weeks later when I went to get a new color. It was all downhill from there. A different tech was rough with my hands, digging into my nail beds/cuticles and made me jerk my hands back multiple times in pain, and when she made me bleed and I was crying, did I finally ask her to stop and get someone else. She was distracted but apologetic. A senior tech stepped in, but the damage was done. The first tech had lost control of her electric file several times, chipping away at the precious length I'd worked so hard on. I know it seems small, but it was devastating. My nails were now so thin, and my cuticles so ragged, the acetone hurt, ot was so difficult not to cry while i was in there. I was charged a discounted price, and told the first tech was going through some personal stuff. I was told to let them know if anything happened, they'd fix it right away. 10 days later, three nails have cracked, and one has broken below the white. I go back to have the broken nail fixed and a new tech puts a tip on the unsavable nail. As I am 10 days out, I told them that I wanted to do all of my nails so the polish would be even, so I picked a different color, albeit very close to the original color. She only did the one nail and it took 45 minutes... so once we cleared up that misunderstanding, I knew I would need to come back to get the rest of my nails done. No big deal, I hadn't made an appointment. So I come back the next day, and they immediately take off the new polish along with the old, so w/e, I dont actually want gel again since now my nails are so weak. So I ask for SNS french manicure. It turns out cute, so I schedule my birthday set while there, thinking the worst is behind me. It lasted ~12 hours. It cost $80 with tip. Which was quite the jump from the $45 for gel, which would have been nice to know if was a significant price hike. 4 nails lifted, and two cracked. I go back for a third time to have messed up nails fixed. She glued the lifted nails down, and redid three others. One of the redone nails lifted AGAIN while I was there, Idk if its not curing, or its old product, or what, but she glues that down to my nail as well. She again tells me if anything happens to let her know. I go home, and have the most gentle day a person can possibly have. The next morning, this morning, I put on a tank top and the nail that keeps lifting chips AGAIN. I text the salon and ask for a refund and to please cancel my upcoming appts. Enough is enough, this is ridiculous. My appointments were canceled promptly but I was refused a refund and again, was offered to have it fixed. My nails are RUINED, it will be Christmas before this is grown out completely, why would I allow anyone there to touch me?”

  “I went for the first time about 2 or 3 weeks ago for a fill in and my 9 yr old got a manicure they were so nice and did a great job! I went again today to get my acrylics taken off and got a manicure and my nails have never felt this good after removal. They really know what they are doing! I'm very pleased and will definitely be back!”
